This article describes the November 2015 Richard Haas visit to Huntsville to discuss the legacy of his murals.  Although Richard Haas is world famous Huntsville Texas has more murals than any other town.  For the last 20 years Patrick Richards, an apprentice on the original project, has been renovating and keeping the murals maintained.

Below is the page from Richard Haas' website showing the historic work completed in 1996 as part of a grant from the National Endowment of the Arts and the State of Texas.  Patrick was an apprentice on this project and has worked over the last 30 years preserving these pieces.
